Hello, I’m new to the group and at seven months post transplant. Simultaneous kidney and pancreas. Type one diabetic for 23 years, end stage renal failure for three. I have always been on the heavier side and have struggled for a very long time with weight loss due to my restrictions, and medications. Hoping that staying consistent and possibly getting tips from all of you can help me drop some of this extra weight and keep my new organs healthy! 😊
