Today is a new day, holiday over, back to work and reality...lol....Will not be in the Winners circle this month but I will continue to post and will be there again next month,,lol,,,,will be checking in again later with all my positive results today....Thanks for all the birthday wishes. We had a whole houseful of guests for 3 days while I was MIA. My party Saturday night was awesome. 60 does not feel any different than 59...lol10

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 42 minutes of strength this morning - Leg Day! Then had my monthly one hour sports massage to keep my body in good shape for running. And then lots of dancing during two-hour band practice.
