Thanks @RangerRickL for giving me hope that one day in the future lie ins may return. With an 11 week old and 3.5 year old they're a distant memory at the moment. Up there with myths and legends!

I was up early I painted the bathroom ceiling. Was over to my parents by 9:30 now I am home and exhausted.8

45min jogging/walking on treadmill

running around doing errands today. bought some new running sneakers. had to stand on a foot sensor thing so they could see where my pressure points were and the status of my arches then they picked out sneakers based on that. Had to run on treadmill while they take a video of my feet so they could see how I run. They got more sneakers based on my running style. Ran on treadmill some more in each pair to see which ones I liked the best. In the end I bought a pair of Hoka's. We shall see how it goes.5 -

Update- I can full weight bare as tolerated using a crutch or cane. I have a knee brace as well I have to wear. Going to start aqua therapy too. Hopefully I'll be able to get back to my regular walking soon.7 -

Biked an hour today. Over on calories, though at least kept them to maintenance level. Now I've just got to be disciplined the next week and stay under each day so I can make the winner's circle my first month here as part of UAC!7 -

Today was a mega-exercise day for me. 3 hours of active horseback riding on the horse that bucked me off 4 Saturdays ago. He seems much happier these days. The vet prescribed a mild daily anti inflammatory medication. He moves happier. In the afternoon, I was in constant movement working in our woodlot with 3 others as we cut dead fall trees and cleaned up the forest.

Yes to all three today. Got to run 6 miles by the ocean this morning. Ate pretty horribly today, but stayed under calories and logged it all.5

I went to a library books sale, did all my core exercises & stretches before breakfast (a FIRST- trying to make that new routine - cleaner than doing at the gym, for one.)
Then really got into my art making. Two pictures complete- very happy!

Our beautiful weather continues. I will be very disappointed when reality returns!
Sleeping in for me is getting up at 7:30, and that only happens if I go to bed well after midnight.
