Fitbit support not so bad

I refuse to call customer service for any company. Always use chat, less frustrating for me. My fitbit stopped syncing. I knew it wasn't a bluetooth issue as my phone used other bluetooth devices no problem. I shut my device down, and still wouldn't connect. Factory reset my device (lost all my data for the day), connected and synced but fitbit was still losing time, and not connecting all the time. contacted fitbit, and they are sending me a new device. it's probably a refurbished fitbit, but as long as it works that's ok. This is the 2nd time in my life as a fitbit user they have done this for me, and I truly appreciate. proble, now, is all this data for the week is lost. still wearing the fitbit, because i can monitor my heart rate.
