2 Pound Blitz for the 3rd week of August!!!

For those of you that missed the challenge in the Thursday committment; I have challenged, nope make that committed myself to a 2 pound loss week this week.
So far the diehards that have joined the 2 pound committment are Lepert and CurtnTrina!!! Sweeeeeet!
