Hey!! Im just looking for people that have the same interest as me. I just started the journey for preparing for gastric bypass. I started this journey about 3 weeks ago with the help of options class through kaiser!! they required all members thinking of having this surgery to lose 10% of your highest weight before surgery!! && let me tell you my mind is getting filled with doubt and discouragement. Things are truly getting harder. hope i can find people that can keep my head in the game.. I will return the favor.
