I'm a mom of two beautiful girls and am currently breastfeeding my 3 month old. I'm looking for friends who understands the struggle of losing weight while also trying to keep your milk supply up.

    I'm finally starting to lose my baby weight and my little girl is 10 months today. For the first few months after she was born I ate whatever I wanted to try to increase my supply. I've since realized that it didn't seem to change much even when I ate foods to increase supply. Now she's eating a lot of finger foods, breastfeeding, and supplementing with formula so I'm not so anxious about keeping a great supply. Hopefully I can shed all this extra weight I've been holding on to!
