Someone please suggest me a good Prenatal Yoga DVD that I could order on Amazon! There's tons of choices and I'm kind of lost :happy:

    I actually found a ton on YouTube, subscribed to save em & watch them on TV. :-) :-)

    Thanks lady! I will check that out. I also did order a couple DVDs - Shiva Rhea (?) and Crunch Mama. Recommendations I saw from "What to Expect" boards. I'll also let you know how those go! Should be in Monday or Tuesday.

    I used Youtube too... I found that my Yoga needs/wants changed throughout my pregnancy. It was easy to change up the videos based on that.

    I third youtube. You can also check out Netflix and Hulu. Hulu has a great Gaiam workout that is only 17 minutes. I do it most nights and it has really helped my back.

    You know, I used to do a ton on netflix, but have been sticking to Hulu since I found a quick one I like. I will check back on my queue tonight and let you know. I do wonder if they removed them.
