For the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Hey everyone! Here's my goals for this week:
1. Read Dying for a Paycheck. Update Goodreads.
2. Plan meals THE DAY BEFORE after school and LOG THEM. Stick to the log.
3. Rehearsal Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri. Finish draft of units 2 on Wednesday.
4. Lift at school; morning running. Aim for 1 mile without walking.
5. Write blog posts Tuesday and Thursday. Call 5 parents each plan period.
6. Grade 5 summer essays every day.
7. Update Friday AM. New goals Sunday.
I really need to FINISH my book this week, because it's due Saturday. I haven't been doing well with logging. I get home and I have about an hour and a half before I need to leave for play practice, which is the rest of the evening and keeps me up late. Usually I end up napping and grabbing dinner. I haven't called any parents because I started with email. I need to check off those I've gotten responses from and start calling the rest.1 -

2) Sleep goal: 6 hrs & 15 min - 1/3

**checked in (4 goal) – 2/7

Hi clicketykeys- just take it one day at a time. You can do this. I know you have a lot on your plate but hang in there.
Molly- good job with your goals this week. Hope your weekend travel is something fun. Keep going strong.
I have not added any days of steps or exercise but did log yesterday. I will give complete progress report tomorrow. I am headed out to gym early today.
Have a good day all.1 -

Checking in:
1. I finished my book! And Goodreads is updated. Now I need to finish the next one and get it back to the library as well.
2. Still miserable at this. Did not do it once. *sigh*.
3. Wednesday planning was spent getting sub plans together for Thursday (went to a seminar). So I'll be working on unit plans today.
4. I haven't yet gotten to a mile without walking, but I did my lifting and running as planned.
5. Not even close to happening. I still need to go through my second email and note who replied and who didn't.
6. Almost done with the summer essays! I did at least 5 daily except for the seminar day.
7. And I'm late, but I'll try to get new goals (probably very similar) posted later today.
