    Yes for ECT. I had a circuit class this morning where the instructor speeds up the music so much it sounds like the Chipmunks. Otherwise a good class. That was follow by groceries and being on my feet at home till late afternoon. It should always feel this good to rest!

    Ok I made it! Today was a weird day since I was volunteering at a local cooking school which involves both a lot of physical labor (think server-like) but also good food. I kept from over-indulging though and with the exercise plus walking for the commute I am under on calories.

    Since tomorrow and Monday I plan to cook at home I'm feeling good for the winner's circle! :) Didn't know if I would make it in Sep back when it started but was able to make it with all of our group members support!
