Rose and I are visiting friends in Reno, Nevada. Our friend, Roger, is celebrating his 80th anniversary and retirement. Based on what happened today, I will not be in the Winner's Circle this month because, we are being hosted by our friends. Exercise will be not enough and the tracking is extremely iffy.

Hey, friends. I wanted to let you all know that I'm going to take the rest of this month and October off. I'm doing okay food and exercise-wise, but I'm overwhelmed with my life right now. A good friend lost her husband Tuesday by his own hand, another very close friend is battling cancer and tumors in his brain. I've got things in my family that need attention, work is crazy, and there are some other things as well. I'll miss the daily threads and reading about how great you're all doing, but with the other group I'm responsible for, it's just too much right now. Wishing you all much success for the rest of this month and October!14

3 x yes for me today - even with an impromptu invitation to eat out at pizza hut which was easier to accept when I googled the flatbread pizzas less than 500. feel sure I will finish September strong but no winners circle for me as half of this month has been off plan - maybe next month. best wishes x7 -

I managed to get in my twenty minutes plus some - nothing special but me on the mat and exercise ball watching Call the Midwife. Yes on calories and tracking.

Not sure yet if I will be in winner's circle. This was pass day #3 so I need to stay under for the next three days to fully make it.
I didn't want to use a pass today but met friends out and had two sushi rolls and two bowls of wonton soup with the wonton strips, so even though I walked more than 1.5 hours and had a small breakfast/lunch I couldn't make the calories add up.
I think if I make it through tomorrow I will be ok on sun and Mon and make it to WC!3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, have an injured leg, but walked my 88 year old neighbor's dog for about 30 minutes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, went over, due to lack of real exercise. I just can't function on 1200 calories a day. BUT, I went to work today, where I move around a lot (but don't log it), so I probably burned off the calories I went over.

No pass days taken yet this month, so I'm definitely in the Winner's Circle.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 58 minutes of strength this morning and a about 30 minute walk after dinner this evening. It's finally starting to cool down here in Northern California, so I wanted to take advantage of it!
