Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
yes, yes, yes,Got some exercise. Went to the track or the Loop. I think they calling it the Loop these days.
I don't go all the way around it all that often. It was a bit chilly out if you ask me. I wore two long sleeve cotton layers. Heh! Everybody else, shorts and tanks. Oh well.
I just did 4 hill repeats for 1600 of climb. I am a bit behind on my climb for the month.
But I don't gotta obsess over it.
Pleased at weigh in this morning. Back to within 2 pounds of maintenance status.
Ugh, but it is coming up on winter again. I can't believe how long it is taking me to recover from my excesses of last winter.
Gets cold, less exercise, celebrations and dinners....
But I been alcohol free for 8 days now. If I can keep that going I should be able to manage the coming feast season better.1 -

I estimated my own “climbs” by multiplying my Fitbit “Floors” by 10 feet and now have even more respect for your stats. A couple weeks ago I did 700 feet and was exhausted. I can’t imagine doing 1600! Let alone your 2000 feet days.
I hear you on the damage the dark cold days and feasting season does. Congrats on 8 days of alcohol free!

I tried googling but I’m not sure I got it right. Are your referring to those very cool three wheeled motorcycles I keep seeing everywhere?0 -
