I tracked all my food today-it was a much better calorie day than yesterday! I was under on calories and over on water for once. I got an hour of rotational weight for distance in today. So, Yes Yes Yes!

Logged all my food and stayed under did the usual care manager walking at work got in a 1.1 mile walk at home with hill work oh my aching knee and I think that’s it bring on Friday !!7

Very stressful night last night led to no sleep and me not going into work. Wasnt a good day at all but was able to stay in my calorie goal and track my food didn't really eat much today. Did go for an 45 minute walk at the local park which helped my mood. Hoping tomorrow is a better day9

So, despite sticking with UAC since January and being in the Winner's Circle for 8 months straight now, my weight just hasn't been budging, which is super frustrating. I've come to realize I think it's because I have been too focused on cardio. When I originally lost 61 lbs a few years ago, I was lifting heavy and running, but the strength was a bit more of a focus. That really helped me lose tons of inches and the weight just slid off.
So it's time to experiment -- starting this morning, I'm starting to focus a bit more on strength and I'm going back to the program I used before -- Chalean Extreme -- which focuses on lifting heavy. I'm going to use September to see how it goes. I have about 10-12 lbs to go to get back to my goal weight. Wish me luck!11 -
