Mini Goal Challenge - Week of Sept 2nd to 8th

Options

In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your "short term goals"

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.

3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

Thanks Molly for getting us started. Have a great week.

This past weekend was not my best. I relaxed after my good doctor visits. Back on track today. Hope to finish the week strong.

Goals about the same but less workouts since I am doing PT for my hip and related exercises at home.
    1. Workout 3 times
    2. Mindful eating the rest of the week
    3. Steps 6,000 4 times

Clicketykeys- you have some ambitious goals. Good luck.

Doing pretty well but I'm sick. So, no lifting today and I won't be going to rehearsal. Yoga and running tomorrow will depend on how I feel. I did get my 1 mile in on Wednesday but yesterday I got a stitch in my side and it was just harder. I think it may have been because I was starting to get sick, because then at rehearsal that evening I just felt worse and worse.

    Yay MFP!

Goals for today include getting all the narratives graded, "some" laundry put away, jewelry organized... and a nap! Oh, and maybe 10 more pages of Black Lagoon.
