West Side Work Out Partner

Hi all. I'm on the west side (Bridgetown/Cheviot) and looking for a workout partner. And not necessarily a partner -- but just someone that expects me to be there and vice versa. I do so much better with the accountability factor added in.

My goals are to lose some weight (though I'm more concerned with how my clothes fit than a specific number) and just generally be more healthy. I did really well for about a year - one goal I had then was to do a 5k obstacle course and I've done two. However, I've fell off the wagon a few months ago and am having a hard time getting back to it.

I belong to a gym off of Glenway and want to consistently get there 3-4 times per week, about an hour each. I usually do about 20 minutes cardio and the rest weights. I'd like to add more free weights and some Crossfit type workouts.

The tough part is that I'm set on the pre-dawn hours (like to save the evenings for my son). I like to get there from 5a-6a but can drop down to 5:30a-6:30a. Any takers?
