Getting Active Again

It has been a long time since I was active on MFP let alone this board. So here I am again. When I stopped doing FMD because of some extreme stress in my life, I stopped losing weight and actually gained 10-15 lbs back. So now I am heading back on it again, along with a more physical exercise program. Anyone else doing it or need a restart? Would be great to do a week I know others are doing it and we can ssupport each other during.
