Did you make progress, did you miss goals? What distracted you or motivated you? Share some thoughts

Obviously I am posting as I had a good August though to sound off on the bad months is equally important.

August brought 319k steps including 81.45 miles of 'Jalking' and 262.37 miles of cycling on top. SOlid weight loss over 1/2 stone down. Feeling like I can take this further and my distractions are lessening.

Mine was Ok, progress has slowed right down as I'm getting to the final bit of stubborn fat covering lower abs and have been cutting since January. 2 more weeks of this then I start a bulk to put on some size over the winter. Looking forward to some BIG lunches

Impressive @2323FatBoy ! I am down 9.4 lbs in September with 90 miles of steps including 25 of jogging and an additional 409 miles of cycling. Big month on the bike as I was doing a charity challenge, finished the month with a week away so we'll see what good work has been undone by my vices very soon!

Awesome progress mate. Well done. So what’s your story mate. How much have you lost in total and how long has that taken you? David

Overall it has taken me 5 years but I am a smidge over 4 months on this particular change. Always undertook this as part of a family effort and as they faded so did my enthusiasm and always gained back more than I lost. This is my first change of lifestyle I am undertaking on my own and stuff the rest of them. Whats your plan?
