I like animals that other people own... Love them but don’t want to own any at this point in life! My grandpa and dad are bird lovers (especially purple martins) and I too am drawn to birds. But I haven’t yet figured out how to attract anything but sparrows into my yard!6 -

My favorite animal: collies. My last collie passed away a few years ago, and my schedule is too crazy right now to adopt another dog. For years, I would take my collies to the office with me. If these photos post, here's Belle (in the office) and Jennie (outside).

I'm honestly not a big animal person. I cat-sit for my neighbor occasionally but wouldn't be able to commit to full-time caring for a pet myself. So I think I'll go with my favorite animal being a tiger...4 -

3 x’s yesterday. 45 minute strength and the normal morning spent gardening. Ate all of my calories. Hoping to be slightly less hungry soon so I can shave off a few calories but for now I’m eating everything I can and losing sllooooowwwwwlly.
My two little dogs are the obvious choices, my constant companions and the loves of my life.4 -

I went over calories and stopped logging. Did reduce my supper portion but then ate some anti-baby cake (baked for a friend having a vasectomy today.)
Exercise also didn't happen as the world conspired against me. Woke up late, got caught in a traffic fines stop point and then cut my elbow in the gym bathroom - at which point I gave up and went to work.
Today is better. Morning trail run (although I timed it wrong and missed yoga) and evening beach walk with dogs planned. Food logged for the day including a couple of treats.
I'm trying something different this month (I get paid on 15th so work a month from pay day to pay day). I have a spreadsheet where I plan 30 breakfast, lunch and dinner options for the month and list the ingredients I need for all of them. One big shop (and weekly small shops for perishable stuff) instead of doing my planning week by week.5 -
