ECT all good! Took a 39 minute brisk neighborhood walk in the chilly 58 degree temp! After 90 or so days over 90 degrees it felt wonderful. It is so nice outside I took another mini walk this afternoon.3

YES (In the form of push mowing, cleaning out garden, loading & unloading truck with plants/stalks etc, putting away gardening tools etc, putting away patio furniture, covering plants along the house (hope they survive the night & draining hose & putting in shed) This was AFTER my all day on my feet job! Tonight gets down to 28* & to get 4" of snow!

Today is my birthday I only JUST got 3 x yes thanks to enough Fit bit steps to counter the pumpkin pie and whipping cream.
There is still a sliver of pie left for tomorrow ... and my bff turned up with a Tim Horton's Pumpkin spice birthday muffin... I don't think they can be frozen ..... AND if you are from Canada then Thanksgiving Day is this coming weekend. Talk about lumping all your food challenges into one week!5 -

Unexpected Pass Day #2 this month, but that's quite alright. After Sunday, my body needed a Rest Day and I needed a bit more food in me.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Nope! Slept in this morning.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Nope, but barely -- just over by 47 calories.

Exercise: Yes. I'm still sick and pretty sure half my family had the flu. The best I could do today was clean and cook well for us.

Walked to work from dropping my car off for repairs. Planned to walk back to fetch it later, but it had to stay overnight so mom came to fetch me and lend me her car. At least I got the first walk in though. Stayed on track with logging and calories so it was a win day!2
