    I’m doing low carb. That seems to be easier for me. Exercise is very important too. That is where I struggle most.

    We all are different. What works for you may not work for me. I am walking a mile at least three days a week. That is better than nothing. I am also trying to be sure I get all of my nutrients. That is why I like this app. It figures all of that for you.
