WHAT IF YOU DIDNT KNOW???

Satchel Paige once said "HOW OLD WOULD YOU BE IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW HOW OLD YOU ARE?"
So, in honor of this week being the birthday of Mod Steve, aka @steplaj, aka my twin - yep, it is my birthday, too - HOW OLD WOULD YOU BE?
This number can change from day to day depending on our mood, attitude and environment. Take this information and think about it.... How old are you and why?

I will go first. My actual age is 42. I will be 43 Sunday. Today I feel 48.
Why 48? I visited my oldest daughter last weekend. She lives in North Florida. I did a six hour solo drive twice last weekend. Also, my diet and water have been off. I feel beyond sluggish.
Remedy?? I am getting back on my food plan and drinking my water!
Goal - check in tomorrow and feel 45 or younger!!!1 -
I'm 53 but today I have no aches or pains so I'm feeling like a young 39-year-old.

I'm 60. I feel mid fifties. If I was still running I'd be early fifties but the joints are not what they used to be. I'm swimming 1.4 miles at a crack which seems like something those young people in their 50's do.2

I'm 31. Since I've been almost a year without hurting my darn back, I feel like I did before my back went bad: 17.
When I was 17 I left home and moved to a city far away to force myself to grow up and become independent. I literally have never felt like a different person since.4 -
I am 55 but today I feel 65. My rheumatoid arthritis is acting up today. If I hadn’t got my 3 walks in today the number would be more like 70, so 65 is not bad considering.
Tomorrow I am hoping to wake up and feel 60 or younger.3 -
I am 55. I feel 50. Played with my little granddaughter. Took a nice walk. Feel pretty good. My thoughts are more like 25 as I plan a vacation for next May.3

I like this one - today, anyhow. I am 65, and feel maybe 45. I'm in better shape than I was at 45, so maybe I feel even younger! I run around, ride horses, play the flute, do all kinds of things. Soreness lasts longer than it used to when I go overboard, and I'm sometimes a tad slower, or the stamina isn't quite as long. But I lost 40 pounds 7 years ago, and have taken getting stronger very seriously. Feels great, as long as I don't stop. If I do, I feel ancient...
It is amazing that you are going to be a grandmother at 43, @Beka3695 - I had my daughter at 38, and my adopted son came along at age 2 when I was 44! They're 27 and 23 now - and the best ever, but with no plans to make me a grandma. I figure that's because I feel too young!2 -

Yes, My oldest arrived a few years before we had "planned," but we made it work. I was a junior in college and shocked when I was given the task to juggle motherhood/school/new marriage/work, etc. I cannot wait to meet the little man! Can you believe, I still haven't bought "boy" clothes yet0 -
Today, I feel 43. I am back in my swing a little better. I don't feel like I can take on the world, but I do feel like I can take on my office!0

I am 66 soon to be 67 but feel much younger. My doctor told me last year she thought I was mid 50s until she looked at my chart! I have ALWAYS looked young though.
I feel mid 50s too. Since I started doing water aerobics twice a week about five years ago I have improved my balance and my self confidence. That helps a lot.2 -
Well, today I felt a bit closer to my real age! I have been practicing more these days (I am a flutist) to get ready for a crazy workshop and concert in Scotland, and building up the stamina again has caused the ol' shoulders and neck to complain. More pushups, you say? More rotator cuff love and care? OK, I'm not so young any more. They are a little shop worn. But onward ho!1
