Returned my Inspire HR - totally inaccurate

I found that for me, the fitbit was no good. It was so sensitive that it was logging absolutely everything as a ‘step’ and today it told me I had ‘earned’ an extra 671 calories - MFP calculated it at 122.
I don’t think the Inspire is very accurate - most forum entries say the same ie it’s way off and over estimates.
I find my phone a better measure since it only measures when I am out and about.
