First time on a weekend! One kid emptied a whole Kleenex box during the workout.

Good job on the 5lbs weights. In level 1 I mixed up 5/8 lbs but on level2 I use 5 lbs except on the chair squats/v flys where I use 3 lbs.

    I missed Saturday, but did Sunday. Going to do it twice one day to catch up. :)
