Challenge Description: You are encouraged to take time for yourself each day of this challenge to complete simple activities to help you clear your mind and center your thoughts. Taking proactive steps toward controlling daily stress can help you find your mission and your true purpose. Participants are encouraged to log at least one stress reduction activity daily. Qualifying activities range from getting a massage, meditating, reading a book, cooking or baking, and painting, to any wellness activity that allows you to take a break and put your well-being first.

How to enroll: All registered and active accounts will be automatically enrolled into this Challenge. No registration steps required.

Award for meeting goal: By enrolling in the challenge and achieving the challenge goal of completing 31 qualifying stress management activities, you will earn your Quarterly Challenge Incentive and the Meditation challenge badge
