Ok, some of you will not care about this, infact, maybe all of you - it's just a good place for me to keep my progress and make myself update it on my PC rather than just in my stupid little notebook I keep in the gym..
My waist when I started: 28.5 inches
My waist 3 weeks later: 28.5 inches
My current BULK macros are roughly (changes slightly each day due to food preferences):
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
2550 calories
150g protein
63g fat
350g carbs
Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday:
2107 calories (maintenance)
150g protein
63g fat
242g carbs
Anyway, I started maintaining 3 weeks ago, for 2 weeks, and now I've done 1 week bulking - so obviously not far into it, but I notice small changes already which is alright. There is a lot of pictures, so I apologise in advance, but as I said this is mainly for me and gives me a good place to update something regular.
First, here is two pictures of me at around 140 lbs (10 stone) at the end of my cut..
This one is fully relaxed, I don't try take flattering photos for my ego when doing progress photos :P
This one is front on just tensing as much as I can (it's hard holding a phone, give me a break ;-))
Ok, so three weeks has passed, I was around 140 lbs there when I took those photos but I had a fairly insane binge weekend just before I went to maintenance so my first weigh in after that weekend was 145 lbs, then I dropped back down to 142 lbs a few days later - I will post my complete weight log at the bottom.
My goal so far is to gain 0.5 lbs per week, I will be posting my calories, workouts, macros & anything else I need to just so people can see me either a) succeed or b) fail - haha. I've never attempted to bulk before, and whilst I know how to do it, applying it is a different story for the first time, just like fat loss, it takes a while to get into the groove and fully understand when its working correctly.
These are the pictures now, updated as I am about to start the 2nd week of my bulk (4 weeks since maintenance):
I weighed in at 144.5 lbs (10 stone 4 1/2) this morning:

I will keep updating posts with my weight, usually every few days, as updating it everyday with a new post would be a bit weird, but I log my weight everyday because I WANT TO you don't have to, it's just something I like to do and I usually find clear patterns as my diet is fairly similar day to day.
