I see that this group has been dormant for a while, but I’m writing this post in the hopes that it will become active again.

My story is that I’m a cook who got tired of neglecting my health. It’s a lot of physical labor, but none of it is cardiovascular exercise. And then we spend so much time cooking for others, we don’t feel like cooking on breaks. I started taking boxing once a week and tracking my diet to keep it more balanced. I am losing weight, but that isn’t my goal. The more important thing is that I have more energy throughout the day and I’m fitter overall.
