Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day -- I am feeling the Spartan race from yesterday, that's for sure. Took a 20 minute walk during lunch and hit my 10,000 steps for the day.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3 -

Exercise: Yes. 30 minutes swimming, over an hour's walking, to book club and back, to swimming pool and to cinema. Got loads of little jobs done too and even played the piano for twenty minutes. An excellent day!
Calories: Yes, stayed under, even with a glass of really nice wine and three little bits of cheese, and without eating into my exercise calories. Just shows what a little planning can do!

One thing: I think you said if you leave a third time, you won’t come back. I’d recommend coming back anyway.

61 min walk, basically over my cold! I think I’m healing faster! I heard walking can raise body temp & kill the germs but IDK - haha!
I learned not to skip lunch (wasn’t hungry) & each a larger dinner! Ouchies!

Really great strength class and a relaxing hour of yoga. I felt really good about my calories until I fell victim to a tray of bacon wrapped chicken my husband made. I didn’t stop at the three allotted pieces... not enough cardio to dig into my exercise calories.1 -
Hi everyone, I wanted to come and make a post. I am struggling with my last class, which for the last 3 weeks I have been trying to stay on top of things (which means eat sleep study and repeat). With that said, I haven't been on my treadmill or tracking, so I am disqualified. However, I am working on getting back on my normal routine and schedule.
