This is everyone's favorite post day of the month...what is going right with you?
This is the day that we share a non-scale-victory...what is yours?

Several friends and family commented on my weight loss at the wedding and during our trip. Also, we had two big days of lots of walking and I was able to make it without too much pain. I did 13,000 steps on Wednesday, which is huge and put me above my hiker friend for this week's stats on Fitbit! I'm definitely going to take advantage of bringing that to her attention!10

Had blood work done at the end of June all was in spec except glucose was 115. Started IF approach to eating in mid September which is supposed to help with insulin resistance.... must be working ...my numbers have gone from 101 to 87 to finally 76 the last time I checked a couple weeks ago.10

My victory is that I have no used any of my pass days yet. Although it's been a tough month, busy with work (as exciting as the work is), I've been able to make my choices fit within the limits and get in some form of movement every day. Including today.
Started late again and went for a run. Runs at home mean hills but I ran nearly all of the 30 minutes! Did have to rest for an hour afterwards. Shopping day to get my next months groceries etc sorted (I get paid on the 15th) and bought some awesome healthy stuff. Then sushi for lunch with my friend!
I'm pondering a pass day tomorrow and was planning to buy sweets for it but then the shop didn't have anything that appealed so I may not actually do it.9 -
That's fabulous, @Impala007! Nice work!!3

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk, and another walk for myself in the nearby national park -- I cautiously jogged about a mile, my first time running in weeks. Looks like I may be over my injury.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Don't know. I had lunch at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant, an all you can eat place. They don't have a website with a calorie count. I only went around once and had reasonable portions of stir fried vegetables, etc. I put 1000 calories in my food diary because I don't know the calorie count or how they cook the food.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I don't know the calorie count or even what was in some of the food I ate at lunch.

Pass day 4/3 today. Helped a friend who needed a ride to his oncology treatment, then came home and crashed. I haven't slept well for over two weeks, waking at 3 or 4 in the a.m. I'm beginning to feel the effects of that and am feeling exhausted and run down. The trip has played a lot of this, I'm sure.
Hoping to be able to sleep tonight and wake up refreshed and ready to get back on track.10 -

Yes x3 i think?
it's a super low energy day so i tried my best to exercise a little however it was like 10minutes of bicep curls and lunges and i tried to stand/walk around the house every so often, then i did my stretches!
ate pretty decent, it was grocery day and my impulse is to binge on my leftover cake, the pie my mom's bf bought us, my favorite cereal, a cheese sandwich, chips, more bread.... but i survived and had filling healthy things instead. i had some cake and i'll have pie tomorrow so i'm not missing out on anything drank a loooot of water today, the tap water is so refreshingly cold now that its almost addicting lol but i also have an icky tummy so i've been guzzling it down to feel better
not sure about any NSV this month.... in October i had about 2 or 3 days where i had to walk for 2-3 full hours which wiped me out for the next week but pretty proud i have the stamina and energy to do all that walking nonstop! and this week i did a strength workout finally and it felt great and i no longer feel guilty about not using my weights as they stare at me from my closet lol.
time to sleep finally, let's have a great weekend! 🌟9 -
Pass day#2
Had Chinese buffet and have no idea how to log it. Went shopping for our kitchen remodel so no exercise today.6 -

Calories: Yes. Used up all my calories and 14 over on a delicious lunch I'd prepared for friends, but I still had calories left from exercise, yes, 60 minutes walking, so I had a final glass of white wine at the concert I went to last night and was still under. Tracked it all, yes, so I don't have to declare a Pass Day.
My NSV is the very fact that I'm on here and have posted for almost a week now!6 -

@Fallondafalcon Welcome back to MFP. You are new to this team, right?
@fitqueenbess Congratulations on getting your fitqueenbess back!
@Bill70sStrong You deserve and need the few rests you allow yourself. Take care of yourself, we live in the cold humid Midwest.
@Irsirius Sleep is precious when we no longer get to take it for granted. I know that.
