Every day is a new day, but Monday it's sometimes hard to get your engine roaring.

Yes times three!
I have not been entering in my food on MFP due to lack of wifi but I am writing everything down the old fashioned way on paper. I've been figuring out calories each night when I get back to my hotel room. I have no idea how active I’ve been while out of town but let me tell you the first day I walked 35 km. And I’ve been at about 10km at least each day. I hope you enjoy this photo from my travels.

Finally getting back on track after vacation.
There are still a lot days left in the month. I won’t be in the winners circle but no reason to not start back to being accountable

Our farmers have been hit with bad weather since spring. Now they will have to try to harvest with snow on the ground and on the corn and soybeans.
