    Off to Bible study in an hour, haven’t gone in over a month I think.

    Had second PT session for pelvic floor yesterday. Learned a few more things and now just have to use them. Last visit unless issues return.

    Up two pounds this morning from last week.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Rained all day, yesterday, and I wimped out and didn't walk. I did spend a few hours in the shop - and I put new seats on two toilets, in the house. We retirees hang on to small achievements.

    Rita has her pre-op appointments, this morning, first with her surgeon, then with the anesthesiologist. We'll go out to lunch after that.

    I spent the first hour of the day, 7:00 a.m., in a dentist chair getting a cleaning. What a wonderful way to start the day -- NOT!!! At least that is done now for another six months. Whew! It was not as bad this time. I hate it, but I have been trying harder to keep my teeth cleaner.

    Lee, you need to buy one of those new Smart Scales. Should solve the problem.

    Tried making some Challah yesterday. Had my doubts and then it all went south on the last rise. Kneading skills are rusty too. I have been using the stand mixer to spare my backI will try again next week with a different recipe from a friend and make some adjustments to technique for the egg dough. Lemon Pistachio Squares were dangerously good. I made 16 between the three of us it was down to 12 pretty quick. I got them over to the youth group before it was down to 10. I will try this again this week to improve the lemon a bit and try them gluten free.

    My small achievement was to finally go and clear the slow bathroom drain at 8pm last night. My wife loves me again.

    I was up a couple of pounds two after returning from my long week-end in Claremont California. Great weather and some nice food too.
    Hey Dave good luck with Rita and her appointments. .
    Wonderful weather in the 70s with blue skies too but alas now back to reality with cold rain showers today.
