Logging the 30 day shred

I am doing level 1 in the 30 day shred I was just wondering what do people log it as for those doing the 30 day shred me for example I log it as aerobics-low intensity as I have just heard some people log it as circuit training

  • look at thread that says yaaaaaaay! calculate your calories, links to apps, jillians workouts on there and will calculate for you. then put it in yourself

    i log it as 20 minutes of circuit training.
