I am doing level 1 in the 30 day shred I was just wondering what do people log it as for those doing the 30 day shred me for example I log it as aerobics-low intensity as I have just heard some people log it as circuit training

look at thread that says yaaaaaaay! calculate your calories, links to apps, jillians workouts on there and will calculate for you. then put it in yourself0
