Hi, all! I'm Kat from Long Beach, and I've been struggling with my drinking almost as long as I've been struggling with my weight! Last week, I decided I'd had enough, and went to an outpatient rehab program, as well as going to a registered dietitian. So far so good! I'd love to make some fellow sober friends!
