    We are hosting a family get together OF 10 people on Christmas Day. DED and family will stay over from Christmas Eve until Boxing Day (26th)

    Yes x 3. Today was barre class and a walk, plus some dedicated lower body muscle work. I am juggling my schedule to accommodate 15 - 20 minutes daily for strength training 6 days a week. They say it is SO important. I wish it were more fun! I would like to hear from others about their thoughts and routines for strength training. I can swim a mile but struggle with the lowest weights.

    I still have one pass day left and will probably use it on Christmas Day...............although Christmas Eve may be a challenge too...........LOL

    Exercise: Yes 60 minutes of PT for my hip including BB squats and deadlifts

    An hour of spin and an hour of strength but I didn’t do a good job logging and as a family we decided to just eat the whole box of chocolates we were gifted just to get rid of them. I’m probably not too bad on calories but all of that sugar is going to make the scale spike tomorrow.

    It took a lot of will power to avoid the temptations today but I didn't want to blow my last pass until Christmas. The kitchen is closed!

    Though I would switch things up a bit today and get on my bike for the first time in about 8 weeks. I had planned to ride on the trail, but it was tougher going than I expected. It’s not paved and was soft and still had some snow in places. Ended up riding the roads on the way back. Even though I have not ridden in almost 2 months it did seem a little easier going up the hills 20 pounds lighter than last time.

    Stayed late at work and along with the Law Firm Administrator, we closed out the law firm's year end financial accounting which includes not only income and expense reconciliation but also bonus distributions. Fortunately, everyone will be happy this year.
