Exercise: nothing fancy, just 35 minutes of stretching. Tomorrow, I begin a higher level of stretching exercises.
Calories: under
Tracking: good4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, dog walk, plus several hours of walking for myself at the gym plus life activities
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but barely. I ate waaay too much today, especially at work with all the free holiday food. I hope to make tomorrow a low food day. Right now I feel bloated and really off. Not worth it.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
@craigo3154 Thanks for posting your thinking/perception errors list. I recognize most of the items on the list. Number 10, personalisation (taking responsibility for things outside your control), used to be a life obstacle for me, especially with my mother. I am not responsible for making other people happy. If other people are not happy with a choice I've made, that's not my problem. That's their problem with themselves. All part of the lifelong work of accepting our adulthood.2 -
Happy Birthday, @bold_rabbit Hope you had a great day!

@craigo3154 I’d love to see your metabolism post! Thanks in advance.
Ex: 114 mins Two walks - sunny, felt great
Tracked: all
Calories: Very happy they are under!
Successful days: 15
Pass days used: 5
Last year, I did not participate in social engagements revolving around food. There is a price paid for that.
This year, I am trying a different approach. Many social events with food this past week. Calories have been good - helped by long walks.
Finding the balance...month by month.
I am pleased that I’m getting closer to figuring out how many calories I can eat & maintain...SO many variables!!3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? No, driving for 14 hour round trip to bring son home for holidays
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Not totally sure
Pass day 3/33 -
Yes x 3 for Thursday, but Friday was a pass. Hubby, dog and I start a three day, multi-city family visit Christmas extravaganza today! Gonna be a whirlwind but fun too. I'm predicting two more pass days, even if I don't go crazy it will be all random homemade food that I can't track. Happy holidays to everyone!2

Checking in late but still checking in for the 20th. Our power had been going on and off for a few days now so I waited til my computer was up and running again this morning to check in.

2 pass days left, will definitely use one tomorrow for our big family party here
Exercise: yes, 60 min strength training and 20 min hip therapy
Calories: yes, I was able to avoid opening the See's candies we received from a vendor, saving them for the party tomorrow. I was under by about 200
Tracking: yes, I generally pre-log everything in the morning and then make adjustments as I need to during the day
Have a great weekend and enjoy the festivities this weekend!1 -
