Managed a 30 minute walk at lunchtime, so Yes for exercise
I didn't log my glasses of wine when I got home after a long and tiring day, covering for a colleague who couldn't make it thanks to the strikes, as well as my own candidates - I know, excuses, excuses. .. So, no tracking and probably over calorie budget. Another Pass Day. I'll try and keep hanging in there, although in the past I've usually dropped out at this point.3 -

I agree that calories/logging are critical to maintaining weight but I also think for me, exercise is just as important. I exercise first thing in the morning as soon as I get up. It helps to give me the right mindset when I do. I can add more exercise later but that first little bit in the morning is really important to me mentally for helping to keep me on track in all areas.4 -
3x’s yes. Big exercise day an hour of yoga and an hour of Pilates mat class this morning. This evening an hour of kickboxing and an accelerated 30 minute spin class. Good on calories and logging.
I lost the first half of my weight (50lb) strictly through diet. The first half of that (25lb) with no tracking or calorie counting. Getting to this lifestyle happened in stages.
I know I would not be at this point without all 3 habits. Exercise comes easiest to me, I love working out. But I don’t exercise to eat more, I workout to feel good and build muscle.
For me I have to watch my calories, they creep up fast if I’m not paying attention. So in order to keep those calories where I need them I need to log. For me logging is 100% the most important learned habit.4 -
Have had a very busy few days with intermittent internet connection ... All seems stable now. Still in it! Yes x 3 for the week so far.1

Watching what I eat is more important than anything else. I heard it said once that you cannot out exercise bad eating habits.0 -
Dec 10 is my pass day.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I walked for 15 minutes and house cleaned for 20 minutes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, I went over my calories by 500. I craved food late at night.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes1 -

I always track (every day since at least late Sept 2017. Non-negotiable.
I always (at least) walk (Dr’s orders, not ingrained daily habit)
I do think the calories I eat (possible the # of carbs I eat) effect my scale weight the most.1 -
