Forgiving myself

Hi All,

I recently lost over 80lbs. low-carb dieting and working out. I still had a good 100 lbs. to lose, but I was well on my way to getting to my goal weight before a combination of laziness and life stress (move, change of jobs, partner going back to school) got me off-track and stole my motivation. I have gone back to Keto and started working out again, and my partner is on the same path. However, I am frustrated and a little discouraged that I have let my weight slowly creep back on, and it sucks to have to put clothes away that are now too small. Any advice on forgiving myself so that I can make a good faith effort to get back on the horse without beating myself up?
