It's in the zip code I wanted, a few blocks from the expressway to get to work and has a ton of stuff around it. So, we're pleased.
It's not the forever home because it only had one bath, but it'll do for a year or two and then work as a rental or sell without losing our shirts - assuming the economy doesn't tank.
