    Good morning.
Laughing because it’s early and I couldn’t remember how to start us off.

Up early with a big list. Cleaning until about 2:45. Beer at Buffalo Wild Wings at 4. Just one. Then, beer at 4 with friends. Dinner here with just us 5. The gf is always here too.
28 people will arrive around 11:15. We est at noon. Games will be played. Shenanigans all around. Everyone will vacate no later then 4. Dogs will be staying overnight at the daycare. We will pick them up at 5. Busy day I guess.

I need to get moving and cleaning here this am. My kitchen is a mess!

What is everyone else doing today??

Sounds like a busy day Kelly.

No plans here. We didn't make the meetup last night. Ron took a nap from lunch until about 4. Hopefully he gets better soon.

I think the apartment below us is booked now for a few weeks. Don't know how many. Last weekend it was a birthday party weekend for a 20 something. They weren't too noisy but used the pool non stop. I think there were 10. Hoping for a small family with small kids we can watch play and then they nap.

    Insomnia all night.....

I think I’m anxious - worrying that my boss is thinking about pulling the retirement trigger. He’s one of the good ones and our tram really needs him to stay a bit longer.

Lisa - what a great time with your NC friends. Guinness the choco lab must also be enjoying the extra attention. Enjoy!!!

Cheers for a great safe travel and prep day for everyone.

    Mornin' BBB.

Kelly is the boss throwing such a big Thanksgiving. Impressive.

Steph, have you all found a dungeons and dragons group in PR?

Skip, make sure you let him know how important he is to your team (ply him with booze too).

Love the photos Lisa, especially with Guiness (do you know how many chocolate labs I see named Guiness?). You looked relaxed and happy.

Going to work then pre-turkey day dinner with DS#2 tonight. I think DW is doing a prime rib. That pleases the carnivore in me.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good morning.

Cecilia heads off to Brazil tonight and my mom has waived me off from going to Louisville, so let the pants-free holiday begin!

Lou - we got an extra seat at the table for the restaurant we're hitting - come join (pants are not optional).

Or consider blending into the small army descending on the Moody family in Indiana.....chances are, they'd not notice one extra person taking more mash potatoes than they'll ever consume.....

    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • We are staying in the 'hood this Thanksgiving, dining with a neighbor. Glad not to be on the roads.

    Good Morning BBB.
Picked up a Honey Baked Ham to warm on the grill at our friends' tomorrow - they are cooking a turkey.
David - I had a detached and torn retina probably from the damage to my eye when I was a kid.
    Love the pics Lisa!
Lou - every day is a pants-off holiday here in FL
Kelly - your gathering sound like fun.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Glad they were able to do the work on your eye, Raine. I am constantly amazed at the advances in eye care. If I had been born 10 years earlier, I'd be blind now.

Nice pics, Lisa. I enjoy seeing what is going on in the lives of my on-line friends.

Deciding what we will eat tomorrow. Not cooking a big dinner, since it's just the two of us. Probably just scan the contents of the freezer and pull out something that has been in there a while.

Good Morning almost noon! No snow for our SE Wisconsin area, just rain! woohoo. But I see Minniesoooota and northwestern Wisconsin is getting slammed. My nephew is suppose to drive in from the twin cities tomorrow morning with his little family. Yikes.

Im at the office today, had to head to Costco when they opened at 10am today. Out of pumpkin pies last night at 7pm, but we are set now, so crisis diverted. I feel like Im slacking with not being home prepping the bird and sides today. Its weird not cooking for tomorrow, but not weird enough to change my dinner out plans!!!! The plus, I have my tree done, and the inside and outside all decorated! Going to pick ds1 up from airport at 5pm today, then out to dinner with 8 of us (with the cool kids in the X-extended fam, they want to see ds1 while he's here!) . Dining @ new place in town called Uncle Julios, for a little pre - game: we are so thankful for each-other party.

Crazy, the date next Monday is Dec. 2nd already!

Lisa, what a wonderful unexpected trip!

Lou, stay out of trouble, esp. with no pants on, that could land you free a bologna sandwich, when you do not pass go and don't have the get out of jail free card, or anyone there to post bail for you!

Everyone be safe, be happy and grateful.

    Good Afternoon,
    Yoga class this morning,
Cleaning now, put roast in oven for tonight; think we will have 5 or 6 staying tonight then about 14 for tomorrow. DS smoking turkey DD responsible for pies me and DW will do balance; ham, dressing, gravy, sweet potatoes, veggie casseroles, cranberries couple of ways and rolls.
Rain is gone, 74 degrees now
Lou, tighty whities or boxers or these optional also if so keep drapes closed boards attorney has gone way south
Dave, I would find a small restaurant offering Thanksgiving fave or group offering Thanksgiving dinner; that what we had planned till kids invited themselves along with some of their friends. I guess we should be thankful kids enjoy being around us.
Hope all have a wonderful Day with lots of turkey tomorrow.

It's not a good day to be a turkey.

Kelly is the new Martha Stewart! Have a GREAT day tomorrow loving your family!
Skip, if your boss retires, would you have the opportunity to move into his position? Or would you even want that?
Guinness is a popular name, Lee? I didn't know that, but it sure makes sense! I'll bet you don't have many Etta Maes.
Dennis, you are a GOOD MAN to cook for your wife. She is blessed.
    Lou. Lou. Lou.
Raine's having ham, David's having a frozen thing ... my BFF is making her Jewish mom's famous brisket. It cooked all day today, actually, which created no small amount of drooling. I. CAN'T. WAIT. She's also doing a carrot souffle, I'm making my mandarin orange/pomegranate salad, there will be seared and seasoned green beans, and a few other things. It should be a really nice meal!
Mary, have you posted pics of your tree? I need to go look. I wanted to decorate for my friend here, but her hubby said it was too early, razzle frazzle. So she had me organize her jewelry instead. I didn't think it was possible, but I do think she has MORE jewelry than I do! (she argues that, but I'm right.) That's really saying something, too!

Jim did what he needed to do in SC, and got here in time for dinner tonight. All is now well in the world.

Here are some pics from today:
