Challenge Description: Eat Smart, Move More, Maintain, Don't Gain Holiday Challenge - The only thing that should be stuffed this holiday season is the turkey. Many people gain around 5 pounds during the holidays. This may not seem like a lot, but most do not lose the additional pounds. The Maintain Don't Gain Holiday Challenge is here to help. You are encouraged to stay within 3 pounds of your starting weight

When is the Challenge: December 1- January 11, 2020
Goal: Lose or maintain your weight within 3 pounds
◾To take part in the challenge, you must log your starting weight and ending weight in the Tracker Dashboard ◾Enter starting weight: December 1- December 8
◾Enter ending weight: January 6 - January 10
Award for meeting goal: By enrolling in the challenge and achieving the challenge goal, you will receive the Maintain Don’t Gain challenge badge
