Good morning
Woke up to mom on my couch. She has a weird smell in her house. She’s had the duct work cleaned out. Still smells. She has propane gas. She’ll call them today. She had the same problem last winter.
Making vacation flights today. All 1 way. Wowzer. If I can pull this off I can get from Rome to Venice, right?

Pouring rain again at normal walk time so back to bed for a hour or so then enjoying two cups of coffee before we venture out. Hopefully it won't get too hot before we finish.
Cell reception at dads is pretty spotty too but has gotten better over the years. If you sit at kitchen table or in the bay window you are probably good. It used to be nice to vacation there because work literally had to leave a message and it wouldn't show up until you got to the end of the lane.0 -

It's FFF (forced family fun) day here at noon for kick off. Baby Ari is coming too, so I'll be busy holding her ! Ha
2 Amazon prime deliveries here last night, neither drivers rang the bell, nor came with packing lists in box? Wonder if drivers don't want to be on folks door bell video? Ha

Lou, your correct, once that mortgage app is in, no big $ changes to happen til after closing, so we were told as well!
Chilly here, like winter, 20F, but no snow!
SO says he getting me a new cell phone for Christmas. No land line here. My S5 is giving out lol. I don't want a phone for Christmas! Thanks anyway. I want something with sparkles!

VFW event was a hit yesterday. Our WWII vets were overjoyed.
Quiet night at home.
Today is catching up on Winter Finals and grading papers.
Neighbors Chocolate Lab is having a birthday party tonight - he turns 6. Kona is about the most precious Lab I've ever known. We'll go say hello and take a treat!
Back to the grind for a final push before Christmas break tomorrow.

Good morning BBB crew.
Hiked 10+ miles in the Olympics, yesterday. It was great to get out in the forest again.
Have to get to church early, this morning, for choir to rehearse with kids choir for a combined sing during today's service. I'll miss the Seahawks game - again - because it is an early East Coast kickoff. I hate that.0 -
Yea we have a landline in addition to our cell phones mostly because we don't pay for it and it has a nice message machine that blinks when we walk in the door. I often don't want to be disturbed on my cell.
Sorry Skip about all your "kitten" stress. I like the idea of you moving to a tropical island myself too.

Church services today were all music, really enjoyed contemporary service with band.
Sunny and warmer today,
DW decided today all presents need to be wrapped today, I'll let her wrap and I'll cook; have some egg whits in fridge so since humidity is down will fix some divinity.
Our FFF day will be Christmas Eve then Saturday after Christmas,
Since me and DW went to a party last night DMIL called DS and invited him and family to go eat Mexican last night; don't know how much she had to drink but had a hard time getting her up this morning and she is back in bed now.0 -

Mom had the fire department at her house. No signs of any leaks. They all smelled something though. Ugh. She’ll be back to sleep I’m sure. She baked all day with the windows opened.
Just the usual Sunday night senanigans around here. Everyone is getting on my lady nerve. Packers won so that’s good.
