Hi my friends,
By this time of the month, most of us know whether we will qualify for the Winner's Circle. If you expect to be in the Winner's Circle, please tell us within today's post.
If you hope to be in the Winner's Circle, declare it and we'll all be cheering for you!

Pretty sure I'll be there with only 1 out of 3 pass days so far. Thanks, @RangerRickL!6

Exercised?: Yes (5km walk in 39 mins - hills)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Good walk today. Slightly better day mentally, but a long way to go.
@RangerRickL. Hope you had a great anniversary.
I voluntarily gave up my place in circle this month over my holidays. Still kept to habits, but did not track consistently, stay in budget or consciously exercise. Family time more important.
UAC thread ( https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10782139/ultimate-accountability-challenge-uac-february-2020#latest ) is still position 8 on the Challenge board. More posts today kept it's position.7 -
I expect to make it, 1 pass day so far. I really can't believe it. Lol.7

@RangerRickL, I missed the winner's circle by one day this month but enjoyed being in the group and I'm looking forward to a great February! Traveling and eating all the foods in San Francisco knocked me out of the running but I sure enjoyed myself and didn't gain weight so it wasn't a total bust..........haha7

I will most definitely be in the winners circle this month. Today was iffy because I am having a planned higher calorie day because I was hungry & have not been sleeping long enough. I have used 1 pass day & plan to fast or have very low calories the rest of the month. So finally after starting the past 6 months strong I was consistent for an entire month. Woohoo!6 -

@Bill70sStrong
Dude! You're gonna go stir crazy! You exercise more than anyone I know. Good luck with the surgery. Get better real soon.3 -
@Bill70sStrong, good luck with the surgery and sitting around after!
I've missed the winner's circle this month by one day but I'm sill going strong. My vertigo is a thing of the past (90% sure that's true), my hip is still a little shaky some days but mostly fine, and I'm back to my normal workout routine.
1/28
Exercise: Yes a 45 minute walk with my poochie and 20 minutes of hip PT at home
Calories: Yes about 400 under for the day
Tracked: Yes got it all into the diary
Have a great end of the month for all the Winner's Circle Contenders!6 -
Exercise: Y Treadmill 1.3 miles 3.9 mph at 6%
Calories: Y 1750/1800+222 exercise calories
Tracked: Y
So today I made the mistake of not getting my exercise in with a walk while at work. Didn’t feel much like it after a 12 hr shift, but with no more pass days and this close to the finish line I got on the treadmill for the required 20 minutes. Not real proud of the bare minimum. Lessons learned...don’t leave exercise to the end of the day.
Planning on returning to the Winner’s Circle for the 3rd consecutive month...just 3 more days to go!4 -
@Impala007, that's the way to get it done. It's so interesting how this group kind of forces us to do things we might not do otherwise! Nice work!3

- on track - exercise on day
- winner circle, nope
Not a bad January for exercise really.
You know as far as they go.
18,400 of climb, possibly more if I get out again on Thursday.
So I beat last Jan and the one before as well.
I been record keeping since Oct of '16. That is when I got that GPS watch and the accompanying Strava account.
Today I turned over 750,870 (feet of climb or elevation change)
When I turned over 700,000 I kind of over celebrated.
No celebrating today. Kind of imbibed yesterday.
So over 40 months I got an average of 18771 feet per month.
Seems kind of weird but I guess I count that as fun.
It is outdoor exercise anyway.
I am still over my target weight. So for all of that exercise my fork is still dominating my equation.
Garmin app shows my on days for exercise.6 -

Best wishes for your surgery and an uneventful recovery. I'm only in UAC for the first week of February, so I'll look forward to seeing your posts in March.4 -
Yes x 3 today.
Aiming for winners circle, have only used one pass day due to not exercising that day.6 -
Even though today is my second pass day and am not using the last one I believe I will be in the winners circle. I have logged tracked and exercised a few bumps here and there but ok with my success good luck to all for the rest of the challenge3

Exercise? Yes. 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Within my calorie goal? Yeah.
Tracked everything? Yep.
Haven't used any pass days yet, so I will definitely make the Winner's Circle for my 2nd month in UAC. Undecided about rejoining for February.4 -

@Bill70sStrong - I wish you well with your surgery and a speedy recovery
@fitlulu4150 - YAY! I’m so happy to hear you are doing so well.
Tracking: Yes - went out to lunch but made good choices - finally
Calories: under
Exercise: Yes
Golf 18 holes, lots of walking. Walked next to the cart most of the time. I knew I would be eating out and pushed the exercise to get within my numbers. So much easier to stay home and cook.
Winner’s Circle - I’ve used 3 passes to date. I would like to say I am going to make it but friends are coming in and big get together/celebration Friday evening. I plan to pay attention to what I eat and drink to keep it under control but today was a struggle. I predict Friday will be much more difficult.5 -
yes x3 (barely)
11k + steps taking my students on a field trip which added more steps but also made me hungrier4
