It was a good day here in Arizona.
Exercise was limited to walking more than 20 minutes

Sick again or possibly just still sick... I logged everything, but got a measly 516 steps and ate only 670 calories.
Super hungry today, but still exhausted and congested. At least I'm in an ok mood!
Damn I hate feeling bad. When I feel icky I do not make good food choices. Hubby did make me homemade chicken soup for tonight. Hot broth sounds wonderful. Never really thought I'd say that.
