Calories within goal: nope. My friend offered onion rings at dinner & naturally I said yes. Then tracked them later & found it was so not worth the calories. Plus, my stomach fells awful like a grease pit.

Usually I drink wine with dinner but I've started having my workout nights be non-drinking nights. This week they were back to back days so it was nice to have an alcohol break for two nights in a row. Gonna try to keep up the healthier habit on gym days.5 -

This week is the first time since November that I have been able to do “sweaty” exercise. It has felt great to have a real workout.
