It's mid-January, and if you look at how many are posting daily, it's about half the starting number. Don't worry about anyone else's success or failure. Just hang in there and do your best. The Winner's Circle is a great motivation to stick with no more than 3 Pass days. Nonetheless, many team members get great success and only occasionally qualify for the Winner's Circle.
We don't kick anyone off the island!!

Quick walk in the morning before backing and going away with family on holiday.
Usual dinner out and local pub. Food was quite good. The noise and the environment was too much for daughter, so hasty retreat back to the apartment after dinner to a quieter environment to allow her to de-stress. The change for holiday is quite a lot for her at the moment.

Pass day 3 for me. Niece's 12th birthday party and her dad had to work so I spent the day with mom helping set up and run the party. It was MasterChef and they made burgers and cupcakes and we all ate too much, but I love being her Aunty Dory so it's ok.8

Exercise: Yes, I got 30 minutes in including hip PT and squats, step-ups and RDL. Also cleaned house strenuously ahead of having friends over tomorrow for dinner and games

I’ve been back in my office since Tuesday and finally I’m back in balance.
Exercise: literally stepped it up with a fast 4.2 mph treadmill walk, after an active stretch time

Still slowly losing weight and centimetres. I now fit (albeit still tight!) into trousers I remember buying ten years ago and which I haven't worn for years and years. They still look new!4 -
