I didn’t get a chance to exercise during the day and after putting the kids to bed I was SO exhausted. This group pushed me to get in 20 minutes of Pilates on my Kurdish rug next to my bed so that I could crawl under my warm covers able to say yes x3 for the day.4

I am still out of whack
But did manage a little exercise. It's snowing. Didn't get out of the house until I decided that not really that cold even snowing.
So I walked to the department store and the gym.
Sat on a spin bike for nothing like the duration of my usual outside ride.
People say active recovery. Yup that's the ticket. I claim that.
Heh, I can spin to this.

13k steps (partly because I was out late last night so got a bunch before going to sleep haha). For parkour today we focused on arms and did lots of clinging to tops of walls and hanging upside down on bars while traversing the room without touching the floor4 -

Yes x 3, though barely. I've got a new schedule and it's being a struggle to figure out when to eat so that I'm not over hungry and binging at any given point.3

I recommend that you look back at yesterday's NSV posts and you will be inspired by what our friends have accomplished by being stronger than their strongest excuses.
Great graphic. I think it covers all the excuses!1 -
@gore_melinda jogging to Wii with your daughter sounds wonderful to me.
@fitlulu4150 So sorry about your vertigo. I seriously hope you find some relief soon. It's an accomplishment to make the Winner's Circle in this challenge, but I have a similar mindset to yours. The bigger benefit for me is to show up and work on healthy habits.

I read this and started laughing. I was trying to picture me even trying this! It must be incredibly hard and a great deal of fun at the same time.2 -

Wow! I cannot decide whether my response to that is Awesome! or Awful!3 -
@fitlulu4150 please keep coming back. I think anyone that continues to show up is a winner. You deserve support, and we're here for you.
For me, gnarly work day. Didn't want to work out afterwards, but once I started, I got my feelings out on the weights and felt much better. So yes x 3. Just under the wire on the calories.2 -
Went to a movie last night, which is extremely rare for us. Had a wonderful time.
Exercise? Yes. Mall walking with my friend (lots of rain). Fitbit says 32 minutes active, which is good since we stopped each lap to let the kid play in the slides. He's a good sport. Hopefully we can return to the zoo next week.
Within my calorie goal? Yeah. Trying to stay closer to maintenance. Still losing too fast, which sounds like a good problem to have, but I really want to zero in on maintenance calories and avoid undershooting the low end of my weight goal range.
Tracked everything? Absolutely!
Made it to the halfway point with all 3 of my passes unused. If I can keep avoiding all of the illnesses being passed around, I've got a good chance for the WC.3 -
@readyornot1234 & @RangerRickL, thanks again for the push to keep going. I don't often feel sorry for myself but this round of vertigo hit me hard. I'm hoping an appointment with a specialist early next month will give me some answers and some help. In the meantime, I'll plug along doing what I can.
Thanks again everyone! I'll see you on today's check in thread!3 -
