This is our favorite day of the month, Non Scale Victories are the the real goal of the UAC!
Better health; emotional peace; and a spring in our step!
What are you happy to share about what is going right with you?

I realise I am posting here in France at 5am exactly when @RangerRickL on the other side of the ocean is posting too! Must be around 11pm there?
NSVs: I just feel so much better! More energy, better able to cope with the needs and demands of my partner! I love looking at the Report graph on MFP, gives me a real kick to see the weight line wobble, but heading downwards!10 -

Exercised?: Yes (30+ mins house maintenance)
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Severe smoke haze again today so no walking. However had the dishwasher stop working today and had to move everything out to pull it out and fix, test, reset, etc...
Storm came through in the evening. Finally air will be clear enough to get back to sanity.
NSV's:- Over 1000 days logging on MFP
- Back to normal belt buckle hole. (My belts need to have extra holes punched as average men's waists are not expected to be under 90cm, This is a sad as if normal BMI for average size male (175cm), waist is supposed to be under 90cm).
I love reading people's NSV's.

And I'm finally on leave. Starring home though I do have friends visiting, including my kidney and his kids!
That's exercise was kids class and physio. Food was logged and below my upper limit.
My nsv this month is a weird one because it is that I'm tight and weak! The reason that is a good thing is that it isn't an injury and rehab should sort it out pretty quickly rather than another surgery or something serious. My shoulder is all tensed up from weakness and compensating for my even weaker other side and the shooting pain I get is from something getting squashed in all the tight muscles. I need to be cautious with training but not avoid it totally as I need to build my strength up.11 -

NSV- I’m keeping a running total for my gym time, half way into January and I’m already at 24.5 hours!!!!10 -
Hmmm, NSV's, I had a stalker here a couple of years ago and he kept coming back under a different name and even a different sex..............eventually I figured it out and had to delete my account and sign in under a different name. My point is I never even missed a day of logging even though it looks like I did. I've been here, every single day, since Sept 17 2013.
Another one, I'm seriously struggling with this damn vertigo issue but I've still managed to get at least my 20 minutes of exercise in and generally much more. I might have to do it in increments of 5 or 10 minutes but I do it!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, just stretching, arm physical therapy and abs.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes but it’s been really hard the last few days. Maybe because I haven’t been working out but I’m feeling burnt out. Could be hormonal.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.6 -
Yes x3. 45 minutes of swimming laps.
NSV - following through on some goals - like weekly swimming! I’ve been wanting to start that for years. And I’m sticking with it even though it’s challenging and there are people at least 25 years older than me who swim laps around me. They are my inspiration!9 -

NSV - Feeling good about the progress I have made in the new year - consistent exercise, healthy food, less alcohol and sugar, and joining a gym even though I don't really have time to fit it in. Slow progress but but every bit counts.8 -

I so appreciate each of you. It's great to read how much better so many of you feel both physically and emotionally.
@TerriRichardson112 and @pridesabtch Thanks for your new photos. You both look so happy!

This is my first week at work in January. I spend part time in Arizona and part time in Chicago metro. It is hard to be full-time mentally in either place when I am going back and forth.
Exercise was minimal but enough
Tracking was good
Calories had a good margin under limit.
My NSV is that I am rigorously doing the active stretching exercises assigned by the exercise physiologist. These exercises have reduced my lumbar back pain and helped me to feel much more flexible. I am not yet allowed other more strenuous exercises. I do miss my cardio-strength workouts, but I fully expect to be able to do more soon.8 -
Exercise? Yeah. 39 minute walk. 20 minutes yoga.
Within my calorie goal? Yes, but close.
Tracked everything? Yes.
I love reading everyone's NSV. I'll try to have one next month. Bad evening here.10
