I’m going to have to call it a pass day! Made a choice to indulge in the last of one of my favorite Christmas squares my mil left in the freezer. It was delicious but put me over calories for the day. No worries.
Lower body strength. Barbell deadlifts bothered my tailbone injury so I had to stick to lighter dumbbell deadlifts.
I picked up my sister and her husband from the airport tonite, returning from a 2 week vacation in Mexico. Quite a shock to their system to drop 60 degrees in temperature! Dreaming of a winter escape as friends plan their Hawaiian getaway... not in the cards for this gal this year. I’ll just have to bundle up for the next 6 months until we get some sunshine and warmth of our own!6 -

@RangerRickL, sounds like a very challenging case. I went through something similar with my sister who was dying from throat cancer and I was able to bale her out but OMG, it was so stressful. Luckily, the little bit of money she still had after it was all said and done went to her stepson and grandson. I have a very serious HATE for people who take advantage and scam our most vulnerable citizens out of their last resources. I'm 69 and actually receive all sorts of crazy calls trying to force us into parting with our money but luckily I'm wise to their games.

Exercise: Yes, I woke up with vertigo again so it was a tough day but I managed about 40 minutes (5 to 10 minutes at a time) of hip therapy and epley maneuver for vertigo. Also cleaned house and did laundry when I could............LOL

I work in banking fraud. I see love scams often. It is hard to convince the victim that they are a victim. The thing is in most cases they never meet the lover. They are set up with a 3rd party to move money. A Mule.

Pass day 1. I went to a new restaurant for 2 tacos, but was hungry, so had the chips. The chips weren’t amazing & the pork was greasy; so definitely not worth going off my planned food. Good lesson.7

I’m signing in early because I’m so tired.
I flew into & out from Burbank-Hollywood airport. It’s so nice and small compared to the horrible LAX.
Preliminary hearing for guardianship was approved with a full trial scheduled for February 20, 2020. Public defender appointed to represent my Aunt is very reasonable and he was excellent with my Aunt. It’s his job to make sure that I am not one of the bad guys.
All financial accounts are frozen but I can hire a forensic accountant to ferret out the extent of loss. Nothing will be recovered. The worst part of it is that my Aunt is just like a bad kid who can’t wait to get back to the bad kids.

That is on top of two beers and two miniatures.
Not exactly a binge but it all adds up and I didn't do the adding of it.
I don't think my wife will buy them meatballs again.
