We're doing Christmas #1 here today with Jim's sister and her family, so I'm up cooking and preparing. I decided to go with a praline pecan spiral sliced ham, twice baked potatoes with bacon and rosemary, crockpot apples (basically the filling of an apple pie, but 0 SP), orange/mint glazed peas and carrots, and festive lime jello parfait cup with cranberries and pineapple (with a dollop of whipped cream). Dd23 is bringing a charcuterie board for an appetizer, and my Dsil is bringing cookies for dessert. We shouldn't starve or anything.
Look at you all techie with the house, Skip! And I can't even figure out how to use my own tv.
Glad you're feeling better, Lee. Just in time for Christmas! Will you be with your kids this year?
I hope you enjoyed your pool day, Steph!
Any current house pics for us, Raine?
When do you stay in your new place, Lou? Does Cecelia like it?
Take care of you, Dave. Pain sucks.
Mary, you have got to be one of the most beautifully thoughtful people I know! That picture sounds really meaningful.

Morning~
Merry Christmas, Crozier brood! Have a super day!
Off to APPL today to have my keyboard. Checked (as you can see it does things on its own).....
Cousin Eddie will likely make. An appearance today.
Lou - did you survive first night in new diggs? Congrats again, pal!
Lee - how ye feeling? AB must be settling back into a routine after her extend cross-country run.
Cheers,

Mornin' BBB.
Gradually improving. Made through the day pretty well and even had an appetite (not normal yet) at dinner.
Gonna see both boys for the holidays. Timing is undetermined.
Your plans sound joyful, Lisa.
Babe is settling in and has been eager to go train or hunt but weather and flu has sort of gotten in the way. Tess is very happy to have her back.
Enjoy your quiet holiday, Raine. I'm a little envious.
BBB OP ;-)

Lisa you menu sounds amazing. Enjoy the day.
Mary I hope you find just the right frame.
We skipped our walk this morning and our sipping coffee by the pool. We have to finish packing and get out by 11. This was a good place. I would come back here.
It is a little wierd to have so snow or cold. But the Puerto Ricans decorate like crazy so it looks like Christmas here.0 -
Good morning BBB
Great menu Lisa! Enjoy Round 1 !
I found the picture frame for the old watercolor! Better yet half off.
Library is having a used book fund raising sale, going to head there soon .
No bonus this year for anyone, but owner giving us a box of frozen meat lol, and 4 pto days instead of 2, so closed with pay Tues thru Fri next week. I can move my 2 vac days left into the next week...
Mild temps here this weekend upper 40s
Best get at it!
Enjoy your day BBB!

Oh my Skip! Scary indeed!
OMG *Lisa! Wow ! Praline Pecan spiral sliced ham. Uh is that two food groups or three including yum yum yum. Oh and bacon makes everything better doesn't it. Wow dinner at Lis'a folks?? Beats my hardtack and mineral water. Teehee.
•Lee. glad you are slowly returning to above ground status. Hope Dave feels better and less hippy dippy in his body.0 -
Good morning BBB crew.
The hip wasn't as bad, last night, though it always reminds me it's there.
Not having any Christmas decorations, at all, this year, is strangely relaxing. Hard to feel the normal anticipation with the big day so close. Rita will be wrapping presents, today, though, while I try to download and organize the photos of the grandkids that have piled up on her phone over the lest few years.0 -
Good morning BBB Friends.
- Skip, I would ask what the heck are you doing but I'm afraid you would tell me.
- It's funny how the male and female brains work differently. Lisa says she is serving "praline pecan spiral sliced ham". I would say we are having "ham".
- Have fun Ms. Lisa with Christmas #1.
- Have a low key moving day Steph. Life as a nomad in a semi-foreign land.
- So Lou, did you have to think for a moment to realize where you were waking up in the new home this morning?
- I think we have a quiet day in store here today.

Good Morning,
T-1 till DMIL goes to others for holidays, but I'm not counting or anything
While we were at WW this morning DMIL drank all the coffee, DW made some more for us; DMIL comes in get 3 cups fills them up and empties the pot, says she will drink cold; reckon I'll heat me some tea.
Neighbors have been dropping off boxes of cookies, nuts and candies; we have not started baking yet; hopefully after church tomorrow
Lee, hope you continue to feel better
Dave, hope hip and nerve is better
Lisa, sounds wonderful
Steph, hope you enjoy new home closer to beach
Lou, did you get to sleep in in new bed?
Skip, you reminded of Raymond's father on "Everyone Loves Raymond"
Quiet days would be wonderful!
Mary, PTO is always good0 -
Good afternoon, folks.
I slept in the new place last night. Broke down and hauled out all the boxes so that Cecilia can move around a bit when she arrives today. Spent all day yesterday assembling the bed and cleaning the kitchen, cabinets and closets.

Good afternoon
Going to my sisters for dinner. 5 of us. I’m taking mashed potatoes and a salad and ice and wine. This is Christmas with her family.
I don’t feel well. I was up and down all night. Still not feeling so swell. I’ve showered just not up to putting makeup on.
Love the pictures.
Have a great dinner Lisa.
Sam, who’s counting??
Lou, Celia will just be happy to see you.
Lee, glad you’re better.
