Good morning
Dinner at my sisters went well. Then, on the way home I got a scathing text from my drunk nephew. Oh the drama. My sister got a mean text from her son too. Didn’t make it any better. And I thought it was a nice evening. Family dynamics really do suck sometimes. I was very upset which made my two boys very angry. And “it’s Christmas and we’re all in misery!” Ha.
No big plans for today. Probably clean the house and get caught up for the week ahead.
Mary, your soup sounds wonderful. Enjoy your son.
I’ll cbl0 -
Sorry to hear. Family dynamics are something that has stumped the ages of times and all philosophers. I'm betting similar outcome with the pending Christmas dinner with my DM. and DSF along with DSB and his family. Misery loves company!
Nice luncheon with DW former co-workers yesterday and some quality time with Miller Lite watching hockey and football last night.
Today is neighborhood Christmas soiree. Making grape jelly meatballs.....they're sweet and spicy too.
Lou - good luck with Cecilia's arrival today! Try to enjoy amid the chaos of the move - time together in the middle of boxes and wrapping paper....

Sorry for the family drama.
Got settled into our new digs. We are in a town so more noise but hopefully non weekends won't be too bad. Headed to Costco this morning to get some food stuff. I try to run out if lots so we don't have to move much yesterday was pretty bleak with only pasta with red sauce and peanuts. But we both didn't want to go out.
This place has chickens at our front door and goats out the back.2 -

Does Costco sell frying pans and mint jelly? Fresh scrambled eggs and roasted goat might make for a tasty holiday meal..... haaaa

Mornin' BBB.
Cousin Eddy get up was awesome, Skip. LMAO.
Cabrito is a pretty common dish in PR.
Kelly, so sorry about your nephew. No excuse. Not even drinking.
Mary, can you send soup my way? I'm not feeling so good this morning. DW bought me a ribeye to cook last night. It still sits in the fridge. Migraine, I think. Gonna have to bite the bullet and go see my GP since whatever this is just won't go away. She is awesome and really smart, but I hate going to the Dr's office. I know, I'm an idiot. DW tells me all the time.
Enjoy your son, Mary.
Glad your hip was less of an annoyance, Dave.
Warming up a tad here.

Good morning BBB crew.
I ventured to the local mall, yesterday, to get some advice on a problem with my phone. Oh the humanity! Brick and mortar shopping was back in force - crowds like the old days. Thankfully, the AT&T store was deserted. My phone problem was quickly resolved.
DS is taking DGD skiing, today. I am excited to have our little granddaughter, at age 6, getting into a lifetime sport. She and her little brother already love the outdoors. DDIL and DGS will be at church.0 -
Good morning BBB!
Looks like Steph has Christmas dinner out back!
Sorry Kelly, dont let it get to you. Your boys are amazing and make you so proud! High road is the best road. It's where the cool kids hang!
So many Christmas eve's with exinlaw sibs went amuck by their drinking and dysfunction. Now their 30yo kid is the issue, imagine that! Learn what they live! Don't miss it or tolerate any of that anymore, nope ain't happening! Now the half that's a problem stay far far away from ruining anymore Christmas' for my son's when they are there with that side of family. Hard enough they miss their Dad and grandparents... The problem people are in Florida this year. Watch out Raine!
I'm 2 tabl. short on flour for a recipe I'm dealing with right know . I'm going forward and hoping for best! I'm not running next door, or to store, I'll punt!
Dave, that must put big smiles on your and Rita to see dgk's loving the outdoors!
Hope everyone has a stress free day!
Sam, are you and DW doing the happy dance, home alone and all !
Skip, you sure moved to a fun subdivision!
Wish Raine luck with her new neighbors, yikes.
Lou, Happy wife, Happy life!?
Our adopt a family was so grateful of all the food, warm clothes, tree and decorations and gifts received to make a good Christmas for them! Makes me realize just how hard so many have it! We are blessed.
Be safe, be happy BBB!

Good morning BBB Friends.
- I worked screens at the early service this morning and then SS.
- DW and I had a nice date yesterday. Saturday matinee to see "Richard Jewell". Having been in ATL for the '96 Olympics and having witnessed 1st hand it was interesting to see "the rest of the story". Dinner at our favorite Mexican restaurant afterwards.
- Today is our 46th anniversary. It is going to rain all day here so I think we are having a nice dinner at home.
- Enjoy the new digs Lou and Steph.

Good Afternoon,
No one bothered to inform us of when they were picking up DMIL, I fixed breakfast, DW cleaned up kitchen and we including DMIL went to early church and Sunday school. Glad we had phones on silence; niece kept calling then texting while we were in Sunday school. She had left her father-inlaws and want to pickup DMIL. We were told they were having Christmas with them so we assumed they would be by late afternoon. Instead as we walked out of church niece was standing in church yard yelling they needed to get going. Still had to come by house to get DMIL's bag. They were gone by 11:15 we have already had two calls wanting to know if we knew what she had done. Yea, she lives with us at least 50 weeks out of year.
Kelly, forget nephew, not worth it!
Steph and Ron farmers, BBQ goat is very good, just saying
Lee, medical folks should never treat themselves; hope you are feeling better soon
Cute pup, just would not want one.
Skip, put folks with DMIL then get call where you have to go down to Legion hall
Dave, glad hip is better as well as Rita is so much better
DD and her family and couple of friends coming Monday night, DS and his family will be here Tuesday; all will go home Tuesday night. We will be keeping grandkids tomorrow
I have a yoga class in morning and next Monday but that is it for year.
Lisa, beautiful family and pets; you are so talented
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY DENNIS AND KRIS!!!0
