19th August weigh in

Hi All,

Unfortunately I put some weight on this week, so I now weigh 17st 11lbs :( but it was to be expected had a week of eating out.

My goal for next week is to lose 2 lbs.

How did everyone else do?

    Hi Libby,

    I admire you for getting right back in there. I've been on holiday for 2 weeks and got back last Monday. My diet gradually started slipping and went totally out of the window by the time i got back. Only just started again yesterday. Too scared to weigh myself coz imagine ive put the weight i lost back on. Will weigh in on Saturday and hope it doesn't come as too much of a shock!!

    Back on track with a vengeance now...!

    Today weight. 167

    Making progress. I am not going to make my goal of 165 by the time we leave on vacation. (We leave Friday) but I still feel good about my efforts. And I was very excited over my physical training efforts. I jogged 5k yesterday. I have never in my life even ran a mile. My efforts are really paying off.
